How often can I take an online test once I have purchased it?
You can only take the online test you purchased once.  However, once you score your test, you can review it and the answer explanations for up to 120 days.  Most of our subjects have two tests.  You can take the first test, and then review it.  Then you can purchase the second test as a follow up and see how you improved.

What are the browser requirements?
The minimum browser requirements for LearnATest.com:
     Windows:  Netscape 4.0 or Internet Explorer 4.0
     MAC: Netscape 4.7 or Internet Explorer 5.0

What's the status of my order?
When you placed your order with Learnatest.com, you should have received an e-mail from us thanking you for your order.  When your order shipped, you should have received another e-mail from us informing you that your order has been sent.  If you have not received the second e-mail, you can call our customer service organization at 1-888-551-5627 and they will be able to look into the status of your order.

Has my order been shipped?
When an order is shipped, we alert the customer via e-mail that their order has been shipped.  In this e-mail, there is a link to the shipping company.  When you click on the link, it will take you directly to your order within the freight carrier's system.  If you haven't received the shipping e-mail or if the link to the carrier fails, you can call our customer service organization at 1-888-551-5627 and they will be able to look up the status of your order.

I just returned my order when can I expect a credit?
We will issue a credit to you as soon as we receive your return.  We suggest that you return your purchase via a mail service that can track the package.

Will I be charged sales tax?
If you live in Maine, New York, Ohio, or Kentucky you will be charged appropriate state sales tax.

Shipping Policies
We ship to all fifty United States, Canada, and the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Select Standard for delivery with the 48 US States and UPS 2nd Day Air for all other locations.

Is the test and/or e-book compatible with IBM as well as Macintosh computers?
Yes.

How do the downloadable practice tests work?
In order to use our downloadable practice tests, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher.  If you need to download this version, please see the instructions below.

I'm printing the test, and then my printer stops.
The file is very large, so try to print approximately 10 pages at a time.  It should work; if not, try to print 5 pages at a time.

My Internet provider keeps timing me out before I can download the file.
Try moving your mouse every once in awhile.  That way, your Internet provider will see that you are still working, and it is less likely that they will time you out.

How do I download Adobe Acrobat?
Go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader website. You will be able to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.05, and use it to view and take the test.  The Adobe file is rather large, so the download may take a few minutes.  If you're using AOL, be sure to move your mouse occasionally so you don't time out and disconnect.

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat but I can't find the file.
Go to the Start button on your main screen.  Click Start and go to Find.  Click on Find and go to File or Folders Type in "Acrobat."  This should show you where Acrobat is located on your PC.  You might have to change the "look in" box to your C drive.
